"Since Trump took office for his second term last January his executive actions have been the subject of over XXX lawsuits trying to overturn his use of executive power. Many of those cases have resulted in nationwide injunctions stopping Trump in his tracks on matters of national security terrorism terminating federal employees who were part of the anti-Trump resistance and the deportation of violent illegal aliens. One-by-one these cases have made it to the Supreme Court often through the emergency docket. That court has said that nationwide injunctions may be unconstitutional stopping"

"A better solution may be to impeach the worst offenders. You could identify the federal district court judges who have issued orders clearly not supported by the Constitution or who have ignored Supreme Court rulings. Then you could begin impeachment proceedings in the Judiciary Committee of the House of Representatives. Even if these impeachment cases did not go all the way to removal they would be a powerful rebuke and perhaps make other district court judges think twice about ignoring the law just to get at Trump. An even more radical remedy would be to abolish those courts with the worst"
