Here they introduced an internship programs for graduants so they could work and gain the 1/2 years required experience. Now companies use them and dump without hiring They then get other fresh interns and the cycle continues The ones who gained experience go back to hassling in the streets South Africa: A country where you need matric. When you give them matric they say you're under qualified. You give them N6 they say you're overqualified. You give them diploma/degree they want 10"
