"It flows via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline to Ceyhan Trkiyes Mediterranean port. From there its sold to various international buyers including Israel but Azerbaijan controls those sales not Trkiye. Trkiye only hosts the transit infrastructure it does not decide the end destination of the oil once it leaves its port. Trkiye is bound by international trade agreements and energy transit treaties especially the Energy Charter Treaty. If Trkiye blocked BP or SOCAR from selling oil to a particular country (e.g. Israel) it could face: International arbitration Trade sanctions etc"
