"Imo I don't think so. I think that is midcurving it. Chart looks bullish AF. If all the things happening with $smlr and $asst is negative and pulling it down it is not being reflected in the charts right now. It looks like bullish momentum continues to grow despite this "ASST causing an overhang". If the merger goes through and that adds further momentum fantastic. But I wouldn't trade based on this event took place therefore I will buy it. If the merger going through is truly the great thing then price will likely appreciate before the event occurs. Then the market will look to the future"
