"The only one above it thats worse is XRP ETH is by far the dominant smart contract chain (and even bigger as a settlement layer when you include L2s). Most top protocols have been built on eth or an L2. BNB has over 1m addresses and 8b TVL and PancakeSwap & Venus are two of the largest DeFi protocols + the wrapped asset ecosystem is massive. And they have a moat (where yes TVL in BNB is dropping but much of that is due to Binance Launchpad). But there are also projects SOL has grown from 500M TVL to $3.5b closing in on 1m addresses and its fast execution and finality is making it the trading"
