"I don't think he has any leverage in this "negotiation". Lawyers are the only ones that will win in this fight. I don't believe $AMT will concede to a penny less that they are obligated unless there is an upfront payment negotiation. It's not a good look to try and screw the vendors and tower co's. I would say it should be a big red flag about doing business with EchoStar in the future but let's be honest they have money and people will take the risk anyways. EchoStar should have kept Boost separate and then they could have just filed but to my understanding Boost is in the same sub."
