During my research I often came across the following address: 'Sertus Chambers Second Floor The Quadrant Manglier Street Victoria Seychelles' I found out that behind 'Sertus Chambers' is 'Sertus Incorporations' is a service for opening letterbox companies in the Seychelles. They share the very same address with lots of other companies. Turns out that the address of MEXC HQ/Sertus Incorporations can be linked to a company mentioned in the the 'Paradise Papers' too. The domain 'mexc.com' is registered via GoDaddy with Whois Protection while they are"
