"I was hopeful but Ive seen this movie before with the Dash treasury years ago. For over a year and a half I ran an escrow company that sat between treasury payouts and recipients releasing funds only when clear deliverables were met. Without systems like that the process turns into a popularity contest where the rich and well-connected shape outcomes and drain resources at will.
