"@Ledger_Support Hi Ledger. I did a firmware update at the tail end of 2022 and moved crypto safely onto my ledger and X hour later it moved off. Ledger was terrible with support and basically said sorry looks like you got hacked. I did everything right. It was not user error. I recently posted how little Ledger cared at that time and had multiple people DM me to help. Some claiming to be from Ledger.
