"This is true. But here is the problem. Even if you assume a gross 16% yield maintenance and service costs will bring the yield down to 10-12%. After that there is the high cost of management and board at ETHZ that will be a large part of that 10-12% giving an effective yield once capital deployed into the balance sheet of 5-6%. Its unclear why youd be better off buying the stock and not the token in fact buying the token could be worth it. If ETHZilla is to make this work in my mind; theyll eventually go all in and acquire liquidity IO outright and it will either work or go to [--]. Dont see how"

"There would be a lot of irony here. If the main objective @JetAIinc would be to dissuade me from seeking control (in the scenario I would even consider it). The best bet would be to defend shareholder value make a point that value will be protected grow and action it. As if the gap between share price and asset value would close it would be both less interesting and more expensive to seek control through a tender offer. Shareholders would also be less likely to tender their shares in an offer at a lower price as they would expect value to go up further until it reached at least book value."
