"Fair. They wont use the whole ATM in one day or year will they I know miners are notorious but insiders hold XX% (one of my fav parts of the story). Plus cheap debt (Generate $100mm LTD) vs costly equity is flowing to the sector. Every company should have some amount shares on the shelf. $EQIX has had an ATM in place for a decade() that they have barely touched $SLNH. No doubt CapEx will be large. Looking fwd here what thier green field price / Mw to build out Kati X will be"
