"Theres been chatter on X lately about early crypto folks not making it financially. It reminded me of something I told a new joiner at CoinGecko recently. Its important to know why youre buying a token. Without a clear reason its hard to stay convicted long-term. Being early is one thing - holding through 10000x gains is another. Most sell at 3x fewer at 10x and almost none at 100x. For me: - Bitcoin is hard money and self-sovereign money. That thesis still holds. - Ethereum is the worlds virtual computer though its dominance is challenged by its own L2s and by Solana. And for shitcoins -"
