"just got around to reading the filing from $CDTX. or attempting to read I should say - in reading about buyout processes for several biotechs these year I'm finding a pattern that these filings are way more complicated than you would expect and trying to follow all the details is exhausting. thanks to seedy for the excellent summary of the key bidding phase. few additional takeaways from my perspective: 1) company started the sequence of events in Sep 2024 here . there were 80+ meaningful events before bidding began. big pharma was keeping this lead warm all along the way. 2) nothing appears"
