"@rint1ntin @Restructuring__ Private equity to me is making 3x CoC. When I was at the Family Office our target returns were 3-5 times our money in 4-6 years (we did venture and growth). For the non nerds that is a 31-50% IRR with DPI. Aka exit and we get distributions/mark. Not for faint of heart"

"@rint1ntin @Restructuring__ At end of the day its asset allocation. What returns you get for the risk and each class is competing for capital with each other. Also with mega funds doubling your money with leverage is still a Hurclean task with the portco given the size of targets"
