"Today I witnessed something that reaffirmed why I insist on conducting pre-purchase inspections independently and without external influence. A mechanic whose background I couldnt verify cleared a basic Mazda Demio with zero extra features over a fully loaded one simply because the fully loaded unit had a minor issue: the left side mirror wasnt closing properly. The female client speaking genuinely and innocently told the showroom team: "Aki I really like this red one even with the side mirror issue." That decision was totally unfair to her.
