"🔸Respectfully I dont think it does. When Mpofu and Chimombe were called in for questioning by ZACC it was to answer to potential charges in respect of the @RenFormcc deal. ZACC issued a statement indicating that they wanted all X protagonists namely Chivayo Mpofu and Chimombe to come in for questioning. It would appear Chivayo did not go in and posted a video that appeared to flippantly dismiss the intended inquiry. To date ZACC has not pursued Chivayo at all.
