"$STRC is bound to destroy $STRD. I don't see a compelling reason to buy $STRD when $STRC's effective yield is only XXXX% less but has a guaranteed capital appreciation built in (they HAVE to get it to $100) and a senior position in the capital stack. Change my mind"
