"$ALAB is a great example of the importance of levels. I didnt have a plan to trade this today as it was more of a situational opportunity with great risk-to-reward. The big turning point was the 9MA for me. $ALAB hadnt trended above the 9MA for a single candlestick since the open so once we got the first close above the 9MA off a key monthly support the odds were stacking in favor of longs. I entered with a tight stop below the low of day (green arrow). I played this trade differently: instead of $ALAB calls I went with $LABX shares to avoid the high spreads on $ALAB. I managed to take $LABX"
