"Hmm maybe I AM treating the 4s a little too harsh now that I think about it. I still absolutely do not like the Vegeta side but Goku(although it's RNG dependent cause even with orb changing you aren't guaranteed [--] INT orbs) gets to 70% dodge 70% DR which is 10% less dodge than Blues. I'll sleep on it and maybe do more testing tomorrow.
