"Not my usual post but ive been vocal about mental health on here before and I want to share whats helped me just incase it might help someone else Ive struggled with anxiety my whole life and have always tried to just push through it. Over the last few years though its had more of a physical effect on me and its really affected the quality of my life specifically in the mornings.
