"I'm back but the journey's been tough. Recently discharged after a lung adenocarcinoma diagnosis I underwent surgery to remove 40% of my right lung. The final pathology report is pending and the uncertainty is heavy. Despite no smoking rare drinking and no family history I question the COVID vaccine's role. This fight continues and with my parents wife and three young kids depending on me the burden feels immense. But their smiles and future give me purpose. I pray for strength finding hope in recovery.
