"For Teleport to be fully code controlled it needs (flexible lots of freedom features) smart contracts on both ends. Alternative is a bridge which can be custodial or code based (like Axelar). As non custodial or (better imo) code controlled is the way it's either Hooks on XRPL or Axelar (or alike) on Xahau. BUT. If Flare finds its way to Xahau we're will get there as well. Lots of options but they will require collaboration/evolution"
