"Nvidia is no longer providing VRAM when they ship their GPU chips to laptop manufacturers meaning that they will have to supply their own VRAM. Prices on Windows laptops will skyrocket since they need both system RAM and VRAM. Apple simply needs to supply system RAM thanks to Unified Memory acting as both system RAM and VRAM.
