"I dont think this is a team issue. It is more likely that a single holder with a large amount of $XPL has been selling steadily. The most practical way forward is to identify this seller. The @Plasma team likely already has a good idea of who it might be. They could consider offering an OTC buyback instead of allowing continued market sales. This approach would reduce sell pressure and help stabilize the chart. To the seller.
