"This is so close to heart ♥ the amount of money going into producing gaming products is insane. Another really hard part is a lot of people think we are the size of razer or Logitech in terms of employees. And while they have every right to want a reply or email instantly it does not work like that when there are only a couple people doing everything and trying their hardest to go where the biggest fire is first. "We already went over this many times why we did not do full silicone base. #1 most of our budget went into the our coating. We. Needed a surface durable enough and a surface that you could print on. And we own the rights to this surface and engineered it here in the USA. #2 Two of our biggest distributors asked us not to use silicone base as they have had nothing but issues with them. #3 we offer SIX different sizes at six different price points which means we would need a mold for silicone on all six sizes. It's not efficient at all. #4 these are made in the USA our profit margins are not"
