"Short answer: The $300M convertible notes will create dilution over time but its structured and capped. Not immediate or unlimited. Bitfarms built in cash-settled capped calls and private agreements designed to limit dilution to roughly XXX% of the share price at pricing meaning part of the upside is hedged as far as I know.
