"I haven't used Railway much on my list to try. Render is pretty solid for Bun and one of my go tos. The difference is Vercel + CF both subsidize smaller deployments to a pretty solid degree i.e free serverless/fluid compute which is nice especially in the tinkering & testing phase. I have heard Railway is crazy cheap and efficient though which would be nice. I personally am all for anything that is cost effective + requires limited to no DevOps from me :)"
