First DW representatives suck Their customer service compared to FHLB isnt even close. Second lack of term options. "Well I think on the whole they're right. The problem is that when we bring calories in the wrong way some number of those calories get locked away in adipose tissue and we lose access to those. Thus when we're actively burning calories we'll run out and need more then when we eat more of the wrong food "some" of those calories will again get locked away and the cycle just goes on and on. "I agree with that. Which is why Ozempic works. It "tricks" the body into not knowing how large the deficit is. But the minute you go off of it it's game over. It will catch up with you because crap/junk would likely have a TON of sugar in it and that's what will need to get stored in adipose tissue if you don't burn it all right away.
