They showed me what another firm was offering them split-wise starting off and I dont care if its controversial to say this but some brokers in this industry are robbing these kids. Its not right. Im sorry but if you expect someone to come in (with no draw) and give it their all for you and then tell them they have 1) a split with you the senior broker PLUS 2) a split with your team and ALSO 3) a split with your company I dont know how you expect a new broker to thrive.
