Luckily for me I found exercise and sports at a young age and was the best medication for my energy. Kinda like taking a dog to the dog park to wear them out. Kids are naturally hyper and easily distracted im not sure why boomer parents/teachers felt that was overwhelming. I have no idea what life would be like growing up a generation later and afraid to know what the outcome would have been for myself. I got lucky in a sense being born in the 80's"
