"Jonathan Trott head coach of Afghanistans national cricket team has said that the misunderstanding between him and the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) has been resolved. He mentioned that discussions have taken place with the boards leadership regarding future plans. Speaking at a press conference ahead of the T20 series against Zimbabwe Trott added that the team was disappointed with their performance in the Asia Cup but their current focus is on upcoming matches especially the series against Zimbabwe. Trott confirmed that he has a contract with the ACB until the end of the 2026 World Cup"
