Its 35% quicker when booting up widgets appear almost instantaneously Safari is noticeably more responsive and creating Spatial Scenes also feels much faster. I tested it with my favorite drawing app TouchDesk and its incredibly smooth it feels just like using an Apple Pencil since you dont even have to press a button to draw. You just touch the desk. Theres no lag and it even provides subtle haptic feedback while drawing.
