"The current technical trading situation on Carvana $CVNA reminds me a lot of the situation when Doc and I experienced when shorting Abercrombie and Fitch $ANF back in summer 2024. Carvana stock price crossed 100-day exponential moving average. From my experience this event causes momentum traders and algos to lose interest in the ticker. These players take away with them significant buying pressure as they seek to move to other momentum tickers like $OKLO or $RGTI.
