Moving your money to your ROTH from your taxable locks up that money until you are [----]. This move seems to be working against your goal in my opinion. I think the Roth is a great tool but for the goal you post about this should be secondary in my opinion. Max it out but dont tear down the base of what will actually set you free from a job early"
