"UPDATE 2: Almost five hours after it began the inbound Key Bridge and parts of M Street in Georgetown have reopened. It was shut for dignitary protection at the Embassy of Ukraine on M Street NW near the bridge. This caused horrendous afternoon/evening rush hour traffic coming out of Downtown and through Foggy Bottom Georgetown and Rosslyn.
