She joined the row with NASCAR executives to the point where somebody actually had to sit next to Mike Helton until the initial examination ended and the NASCAR questioning started. Jeff and Jordan also moved up to a closer road to see the exhibits better"

"The last debate before the lunch break at #NASCOURT was when exactly NASCAR is going to call Curtis Polk. Sounds like maybe Thursday. Why would the Teams not call him They have had Denny Hamlin and Michael Jordan tell the 23Xl story and Bob Jenkins tell the FRM story. They have called Heather Gibbs and will call Richard Childress to get the ownership perspective from non-party owners. They got a lot of the information about the negotiation process in through Jonathan Marshall from RTA. There is no real need to call him by not calling him the Teams are signaling to the jury that he is not that"

"Here are the phone/electronic lockers. I had to go back today because my headphones were in my purse and came up on the security scanner. I cannot stress how no joke the Marshalls are about this. And they are constantly checking the gallery in the court room to make sure everything is in order and no one has devices except the attorneys and court staff"
