"The $VIX did not get the push into "Extreme Greed" I was hoping to see but maybe now that we have back-tested "Fear" again as resistance it could happen later this year in a Santa Rally. Right where I wanted to see Extreme Greed happen volatility spiked the opposite direction with the same magnitude I was expecting. I would only caution that any move back to "Fear" from here could give us Extreme Fear around U.S. mid-term elections on November 4"
