"Even with crude down X% on Thursday I noticed continued strength in O&G names and some of them quite a bit higher than the June spike. Reeks of accumulation. $XOM a few % from highs. Strength in travel related names $HLT $MAR $WYNN $RCL $VIK $DAL $LUV. Agreed on speculative names. Quantum was already breaking lower on Wednesday Thursday when markets were printing ATH. I actually think long $IWM short $QQQ makes some sense here until we see some materialization of rate cuts.
