Now Im no expert but many folks use the Baker Hughes modular train design that is built in Italy ( $next to name another) but few build less than X MTPA trains. What gives Less capacity per train means more piping more commissioning but it also means they are deployed much more rapidly. $next s X trains for Rio Grande LNG Ph1 get you almost 6mtpa each for XXXX MTPA in total.
