You have loads of income being stored in your pre-tax accounts (IRA 401k) as funds. You can convert those funds to "income" via a Roth Conversion. But how do you do so Do you use the $19 million in cash Do you use all of Q3 or Q4's FCF Do you borrow from the revolver The issue is you have like $50 million or more in earn outs due in 2026/2027 (I'm guesstimating as I don't have the #'s in front of me) and another $76 million in debt on the balance sheet. Then if you want to buy back a million shares that's another $7 million obligation. The $19 million in cash doesn't stretch far enough to cover all three issues at once."
