"Please Note - Q4 $PBR $PBRA #PETR3 #PETR4 dividends are slightly different than normal quarterly dividends. In Q4 the BoD approves a proposal for the total dividend to be paid that year. This is the proposal that is submitted to be approved at the AGM. It is a proposal. And the same thing happened last year. The BoD suggesting a significant allocation to a reserve account. ANNND The government (Lula) decided to pay a full dividend at the AGM.
