"That opti was a con operation and one of their lenders who lost 14m because of them essentially got the courts to kick out the Ceo and he's working to clean up the now empty shell. He has an AI company lined up to merge with them once the legalities and financials are taken care of. In other words in order to recoup the money he lost he took matters into his own hands and is trying to rescue the ticker. They couldn't fix the financials in time however so they got booted to the expert market temporarily. Friday could be an important court date that hopefully paves the way forward for them. And"
