"$SBUX is cooked AI is definitely worth looking into for any business imo but Starbucks is failing to understand why it became popular in the first place Need to focus on two sides of the isle: 1) high end real handmade drinks (and not mechanically created espresso for example). 2) strategic pop up places for to-go orders They lost their identity about XX years ago. Also the American Starbucks is so bland. Chicago Reserve is the only place in worth the visit.
