"I think an accurate depiction of the empire's decline. Away from these apps our cities are sort of normal. But you start seeing the effects in health services cuts significant inflation. People are going about their lives but here in NYC crime is slowly increasing. And there are definitely more homeless people with mental health crises on the streets subways. Migrant women with 2-3 kids on the side begging on the sidewalks. It really looks like none of it is accidental or organic. Something is "facilitating" it"
