"i dont fully agree. farcasters pivot looks less like a crypto depth vs breadth signal and more like a pure pmf failure. they built a gated social bubble for crypto natives and never solved real onboarding ui/ux or product pull beyond ct. i remember when threads launched ct mocked it and said they werent moving which was reasonable. but other industries moved in and now its at 400m+ maus. threads wasnt even a crypto thing just an x competitor. that alone makes something clear: distribution + feedback loops matter more than gated bs. not wishing them bad. they can still recover. but this feels"
