Creative SRE reform proposal yet I still see this facing heavy resistance by the refiners with facilities running 75kbd or less of crude oil that got exemptions starting in August. This still has to be heard in the House and assigned to a legislative package. @ElizabethElkin flags the Farm Bill as a targeted vessel but it still remains to be see and standalone bills go no where.
