"Theres a theory floating around that $EOSE has already signed a massive order but cant PR it because of an NDA. I have now heard this from a couple of people. Id love for that to be true but thats not how securities law works. If a deal is material a public company is required to disclose it. SEC rules override NDAs in this context. Well-drafted NDAs already have required by law carve-outs for this exact reason. A truly major order would trigger an 8-K/PR. Not disclosing it would expose the company + execs to serious liability. Bottom line - NDAs can delay details but they cant hide a major"
