"You've been using walled garden stablecoins for years. They're called PayPal Venmo Zelle Cash App Circle and probably some I haven't heard of. USDT is the same as those companies except they aren't a walled garden. They are allowed to facilitate trades between parties without any KYC. This of course won't last but that's what it is today. CBDC are tokens issued by CENTRAL BANKS. The same people who are in charge with the money supply. How can you not see the difference"
