"Bitcoin is still hugging the daily TBO Cloud which is a great sign of bullish consolidation. However it hasn't pushed above overhead resistance in the current parallel channel which is highlighting a bear flag. Bulls will want BTC to push above $95k to invalidate the bear flag and bears will want BTC to respect overhead resistance and make a higher low around $85k. We'll likely find out who wins this battle of BTC tug-of-war today. Dominance shifted slightly in favor of stablecoins and BTC.D yesterday but because ETH is looking stronger than BTC there's a good chance that ETH will help ALTs"

"BTC dropped out of the daily TBO Cloud yesterday which is unfortunate and our Bear Flag is still valid until BTC pushes above resistance which is just over $95k. Now with that said I still see bullish reversal signs building for ETH and expect it to outperform BTC in the coming days and weeks which will be bullish for ALTs as well. BDX printed a TBO Breakout on the 4h and is showing some wild short-term price action. COAI and SPX6900 both have closed their TBO Close Shorts on the daily and 4hour timeframes and I still believe these two are worth watching considering the bullish reversal"

"Bitcoin printed a TBT Bullish Divergence CLUSTER on yesterday's daily close- something I was NOT expecting to see. TBT Divergence highlights bullish or bearish divergences or early reversals and the last time we got this signal was back in March before BTC dropped one more time before pushing back up. Now the main difference between March 2025 and December 2025 is the direction of the TBO Cloud which is still macro bearish. So any bullish push we get higher would be going against the trend. Yes it will likely cause a short squeeze liquidation cascade to the upside for BTC and many more ALTs"
