"There is a lot about luxury that is taste specific but materials & features have a lot to do with it. Ride handling & NVH cant be experienced just sitting in a car. MS while really good & improved is nowhere close to being on the level of Lucid Mercedes BMW Volvo or Porsche in terms of chassis engineering. Even the Japanese luxury divisions are better. I love the car but it needed real updating & instead was left out in terms of real updates. "As a Gen [--] owner who also bought two Gen 2s I feel the company has been extremely supportive. Especially consider my first Gen [--] had a host off issues that required a buyback. However the way the company handled things made me confident in getting another. Early adopters will always feel neglected but it was a first gen product that hit its limitations & they learned a lot from it to develop the Gen [--].
